Acorn is recruiting for Payroll Support Administrator for our client based in Portbury. The salary for this position is £23,000. You will be part of a team that supports Payroll Services. To be considered for this position you must have payroll experience, financial awareness e.g understanding P/L and balance sheets and also have high level Excel skills.

Responsibilities:

This will include, but is not limited to the following:

System administration support of ResourceLink, including upgrades and testing
Management of NGA tickets
SAP HR to Payroll interface processing and administration.
Payroll data uploads and support.
Cognos report writing and development.
Project support
Pension administration, uploads and payment
Third party payments and GL reconciliation
Costings interface into SAP
Childcare Voucher administration
Clockwise T&A administration

Experience and Aptitude:

Experience of ResourceLink Payroll system highly desirable
Payroll experience
Analytical and problem solving skills.
Financial awareness of P/L and balance sheets, essential
Willingness to roll up sleeves and be hands on.
Efficient and work to deadlines.
Excellent communication skills
