Production Line Operative (Temporary)

Acorn is looking for Production Line Operatives to work for their busy food manufacturing client based in Runcorn.
Our client offers long term work prospects, with training, up-to-date facilities and an excellent first day starter rate of £8.25 per hour. This rate is guaranteed to increase to at least £9.26 after 12 weeks with an overtime rate of £13.89.
The purpose of the role is to:
Manufacture and pack food items, in an extremely health and safety conscious environment, to meet production and dispatch targets.
Duties will include:
- Line feeding.
- Cleaning.
- Labelling.
- Packing.
- Machine Operating.
The hours of work consist of a three shift pattern, and you must be able to commit to all three shifts:
- 6.00am to 2.00pm.
- 2.00pm to 10.00pm.
- 10.00pm to 6.00am.
The rate of pay is:
- £8.25 from day one.
- Increasing to between £9.26 and £9.77 depending on job role after completion of all on-site training and 12 weeks probation.
The positions are ongoing and very long term.
