Customer service advisor (Temporary)

Are you available for an immediate temporary assignment? Can you commit to a minimum of 8 weeks, potentially longer? If so this job maybe perfect for you.

This is a temporary position working in Winchester. Working Monday - Thursday 08.30am-17.00pm and Friday's 08.30-16.30pm

This is a temp position. You should not apply if you are not able to cover all of the days and hours advised. This is an incredibly busy team and full support is essential.

As a customer service advisor, you will be dealing with customers queries and responding through a variety of channels.

*Handling complaints
*Being able to cover reception when necessary
*Communication though inbound and outbound calls, dealing with customers face to face and via email
*Providing excellent customer service

*Dealing with a high volume of calls
*Record and update data onto various systems
