Commissioning Engineer (Contract)

We have a role for a COMMISSIONING ENGINEER based on the Sellafield Site in Cumbria to carry out testing and validation activities in line with the Commissioning Standard and supporting arrangements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Safely carry out all testing activities throughout all stages of commissioning.
Identification of faults and the ability to propose and implement solutions,.
Production of test documentation.
Pre-site inspections.
Organisation of Commissioning and support resources.
Demonstration of plant knowledge.
Initiation and implementation of FOBs.
Witnessing of test activities.
Input Risk Assessment and Safe Systems of Work.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

To work with and provide support to commissioning colleagues and personnel involved in other disciplines.

To work alongside others to: Promote a positive health and safety culture and to improve project performance and to meet company targets.

To achieve accurate recording of test results in an audible manner to satisfy internal and external auditors.

To support the project Commissioning Team Leader and Commissioning Manager.

To comply with the commissioning standard.

To comply with site procedures.
