QSW - Children With Disabilities - Low Caseloads (Permanent)
A Local Authority in the Buckinghamshire/Berkshire area is looking for a Social Worker to join their Children with Disabilities team.
The team have a capped caseload of 15, and they don't really cover court cases. This provides a manageable workload which allows you to really spend your time on the cases. This gives a better outcome for the children, whilst giving yourself more time to rest.
You have the option to go locum or permanent. Permanent Social Workers here get paid more than the surrounding authorities; there is also a golden hello upon joining as a permanent member of staff. Relocation is assisted in case you need it.
