My client is a leading a global provider of Technology, products and services who boasts multiple awards and accreditations in recent years' including several Top UK Major Vendor awards, Best Places to Work in I.T - 2016 and lots more. They are looking to recruit a Sales Support Executive to join their growing team based in their Manchester Head Office. As a Sales Support Executive you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the accounts held by Account Managers and Account Directors.

Responsibilities:

• Client and partnership management
• IT Sales Support Experience
• Supporting Account Managers and Directors
• Vendor management
• Providing quotations
• Processing orders
• Handing all enquiries through to completion
• Recognising up selling and cross selling opportunities
• Collating information and producing accurate reports
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Maintaining product knowledge

Skills:

• Previous experience within a sales support position is essential, preferably from a technology vendor, distributor or niche technology business
• Strong customer focus
• Effective communication skills, dealing with clients and professionals at all levels
• Ability to plan & organise
• Proven ability to work under pressure
