Acorn Recruitment is actively recruiting for an experienced Personal Assistant for our European client with locations in London, Germany and Croatia.
The role will be based in the Piccadilly area of London and the role will be supporting the CEO who is based between Germany, London and Croatia.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Act as a first point of contact on behalf of the CEO
*Dealing with correspondence and phone calls
*Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
*Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
*Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
*Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
*Organising events and conferences
*Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
*Managing databases and filing systems
*Liaising with other staff members, suppliers and clients
*Collating and filing expenses

To be considered for this role, applicants must have worked as an experienced PA in the past and possess excellent administration and communication skills.
