The Role:
In this Graduate Recruitment Consultant position, you will learn the full 360 degrees of the recruitment world from a team of professionals with over 30 years' experience in the sales recruitment arena. From sourcing the right candidates to prospecting new clients and roles, you will be taught how to utilize a broad portfolio of resources. You will be managing the complete cycle from cradle to grave, growing your client base and creating long lasting established relationships, placing excellent Sales Candidates into global FTSE 250 companies!
The Candidate:
Due to recent success this global sales recruitment specialist is looking to reinvest into its business by recruiting a new member and is looking to hire a graduate with some sales experience to carve out a career in recruitment. You will be hard-working, tenacious, self-motivated, proactive by nature and extremely resilient. You will have some exposure to a sales environment, with the capability to work both autonomously and as part of the team.
The Package:
On offer will be a competitive basic salary along with an extremely lucrative commission plan rarely beaten within the recruitment world.
