HR / Reward, Engagement & Benefits Partner - Cannock - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Job Summary
Working with minimal supervision, assist with the planning, developing, implementation, and maintenance of Finning's compensation and benefit programs. Perform the day to day functions related to all employee benefit programs, insuring the accuracy and correct application of all aspects of plan provisions and legal guidelines also coordinates the various components of the compensation program including job analysis and market analysis Support in the development and implementation of reward policies and procedures that add value to the business.

Major Job Functions
Coach and advise Managers on the Job role / Title / Profile / Evaluation process. Hay evaluate and benchmark roles to align in Finning UK & Ireland Grading and Job family structure. Ensure there are graded job descriptions in place for all roles.

Support coordination of bonus & incentive arrangements across the business to include communicating details of schemes, monitoring performance & eligibility during the year and collating data to calculate accurate payments using spreadsheet models.

Champion the Total Reward brand and continuously develop innovative approaches to benefits to support employee engagement, productivity and retention. Conduct cost/benefit analysis to understand value of proposed benefits. Support annual renewal of Outsource benefits e.g. Private Medical Insurance, Share Plan, Childcare Vouchers, Healthcare Cash Plan, Pension etc.

Provide advice and guidance to Managers and Employees on Reward related queries. Develop and co-ordinate communication of pay and benefits including maintenance of website & intranet, posters, branch visits etc. Identify methods for collating manager & employee feedback on benefits.

Collaboratively work with other HR areas to enable best practice and service excellence to the business and customers. Support delivery of ad hoc Reward related projects. Ensure efficient and highly accurate execution of Reward administration activities i.e. mail merges, maintain job descriptions etc.

Knowledge
Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel

High level of numeracy and analytical skills.

Attention to detail is key

Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
