Are you committed to putting customers first? Southern Housing Group is looking to recruit a Customer Service Team Manager to join our team in Horsham.

In return for your hard work as our Customer Service Team Manager, you will receive a salary of circa £28,000 per annum. You will also receive benefits including:

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal Customer Service Team Manager will be a strong leader with an existing track record of working with a similar team. You will have a positive and professional attitude with the ability to motivate others as well as a commitment to company and customer service objectives. You will be able to show evidence of leadership experience and stakeholder management and possess a solid understanding of key performance metrics and performance management techniques. You will also have:

  • Proven track record in delivery through people and driving business performance
  • Ability to work well under pressure, role modelling resilience and positivity
  • Results orientated, service delivery approach
  • Ability to develop a high performing motivated and engaged team
  • Confidence to make decisions and accountable for own actions

The Customer Service Team Manager Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Team Manager to lead and enable our Customer Service Advisors to deliver an excellent customer service over multiple channels in a fast paced environment.

Joining our team, you will drive and encourage development of team members so they have the skills, knowledge and attitude to achieve individual, team and operational performance. You will Inspire, motivate, coach and develop individuals to achieve outstanding performance through personal leadership style and behaviours. The Customer Service Team Manager will build strong interpersonal relationships and engage with the wider operation to drive and support changes required to improve customer outcomes.

We operate a rotating shift pattern working a 35 hour week so shifts will vary between:

08:00am and 04.00pm          

09:00am and 05:00pm          

12:00pm and 08:00pm
