Immediate position for a Voids Administrator based in West London.
This role is working with a Large Repairs Contractor so prior experience within the industry is ideal.
Will be looking for someone to;
- Update excel spreadsheet operations includes data entry etc.
- Ensure compliance checks and document maintenance for operatives and tenants
- Typing up and sending letters to tenants and staff
- Resource allocations / Planning.
- Understanding of SOR's preferred
