The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be driving new business sales. Selling from a market leading portfolio of HCM Software solutions. In a 100% New business role, you will be client facing, securing new business with large corporate/enterprise clients. As a Business Development Manager, you will be covering the South of the UK. You will be a strong communicator with the ability to liaise with high level decision makers.

The Candidate:
The ideal Business Development Manager will have a proven sales track record in HCM software or similar e.g. HR Software, Payroll Software etc. You must have a full valid UK driving licence as this is a field based role. You will have excellent communication skills with an autonomy to manage your own diary in this Business Development role.

The Package:
This HCM Software company is offering the right Business Development Manager a basic salary of £40,000 - £50,000, dependent upon experience. On top of this is a fantastic commission structure that brings your OTE up to £100,000.
