White Recruitment is one of the fastest growing independently owned and managed recruitment business in the South of England. Established in 2007, we are a diverse business with 70 staff including 55 recruiters.

We focus on the provision of permanent and temporary staffing solutions on a national basis delivered from our head office in Portsmouth.

White Recruitment is small enough to offer significant flexibility and immediate access to decision makers, whilst being large enough to fulfil the needs of an impressive client list.  In 2015 we placed a total of 1,573 candidates in permanent positions and have since started temporary and contract recruitment.
