Have worked with JMC for about 4 years now; mostly adhoc work but they always pay on time. Good agency to work for. Like many out there I am not too happy about their relationship with ELMS Aviation and I WON'T be paying for it.

JMC seem to get a lot of stick from the other connies. I assume this is because of the size of the agency and the sheer number of cleints and positions they fill. I have never been let down by them yet. There have been issues, but these are usually down to the employers moving the goalposts at the last minute and causing problems. Even with the unexpected issues Katie and Jamie always got things sorted for me.

Ok agency. Would use them again if they supplied the ELMS and did not charge contractors for it.

I worked for JMC Recruitment from October 2014 to May 2015 and found them a great company to work for. Katie Boardman in recruitment was very helpful and always a phone call away to answer any queries and even visited Manchester a couple of times to personally deal with any contractor issues. I had no issues with pay and would work for them again.
