Originally from London, I’ve been based in Lancaster for nearly fifteen years and I worked in recruitment for twelve years across all sorts of different sectors before setting up on my own.
I’ve built my business on making sure that I invest the right amount of time in working with businesses and candidates so that I can make sensible matches that have the best outcomes.
What I realised over that time is that working in a city like Lancaster has allowed me to get to know companies on a long-term basis, so I understand exactly what they are looking for when it comes to each vacancy.
It’s the same with candidates – I have many candidates who have come to me several times over the years when they want to find a new job and I really enjoy watching people’s careers bloom!
