I offer an almost unique perspective of what makes a great recruiter, having recruited hundreds of recruiters and experience of working in small, specialist niche agencies through to national high street recruiters, and successfully led teams from 6 to over 100; I understand the importance a dedicated Rec 2 Rec provides to the success of a recruitment business.

From trainee to MD, in 30 years of recruitment there isn’t a role, a function or a situation I haven’t encountered and use that knowledge to positively impact the client and candidate experience.

I genuinely believe I can offer what is missing in Rec 2 Rec; Indepth insider knowledge. I am one of the few to have been employed for all the roles inside an agency that build successful recruitment businesses. My experience makes me appreciate the skills required for most roles across most sectors.
