Regional Sales Manager - Lab Equipment - £60k (Permanent)

We are looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to deliver a brand-new product as part of our lab equipment portfolio. Based in the south of the UK, as a regional sales manager in the lab equipment industry you will be expected to generate your own leads, but there will also be warm leads given to you on the back of successful marketing and networking campaigns. You will be spending your time on the road visiting existing clients and potential new clients, winning business and looking after their accounts yourself. You will be selling and promoting the whole lab equipment portfolio, but with emphasis on a brand-new product which has just come to market.

Industry experience is essential. A minimum of 1-2 years in a sales position, either as a regional sales manager or a business development manager in the lab equipment industry, or at least delivering into the NHS or pharmaceutical companies. Good contacts in this industry are advantageous though not essential.

Although the salary package will be negotiable dependent on previous experience, initial indication for a regional sales manager in the lab equipment industry is a base salary of £22,000-35,000 with performance-related company bonus, along with an attractive OTE on top, totalling the package at around £60,000
