Our client is looking for a Temporary Duty Supervisor with experience in customer service and complaints. This is a part time role 16 hours per week , must be prepared to work evenings and weekends.
Main Duties -
Working across the County's theatre sites: To assist the Theatres Duty Officer and Senior Business, Marketing and Programme coordinator in the effective supervision of operational and financial performance during public opening times and performances ensuring the security, safety, comfort and enjoyment of customers, visiting companies and staff.
Check that appropriate staffing levels have been provided and will be maintained during performances and other public opening periods with adequate numbers of trained and qualified staff to ensure compliance with operating procedures, financial processes and health and safety measures.
- Represent the Licensee during public opening hours and ensure the venue safe and fit for purpose.
3 Supervise FOH teams and liaise with back stage teams and visiting companies to ensure that emergency procedures are in place and known to those who may need to deploy them. Ensure that all Health and Safety and security procedures are known and in place, including monitoring the café and bars and immediate exterior areas
- To patrol all public areas on a regular basis, maintain high level of presence and control emergencies and evacuations as required.
- To monitor and control all financial and administration procedures including supervision of the box office prior to, during and immediately following performances and public openings.
- Assist and support the Customer Care Team and Theatres Duty Officer in collecting and recording customer feedback and advise on any related action.
