ISL are working with a software company based in Wallingford, they have a developed a suite of Java based products perfected over 30 years that aid students in upskilling and finding employment and aids employers in finding well prepared talent seamlessly.
They are looking for a Java Developer to join their Wallingford based Java team. You would be working on the suite of products and developing new products and new features.
The company you would be joining is made up of over 100 employees with development at the heart of the company, they value there developers highly as they are a software company. They operated over 30 years and now have over 1300 clients and are only growing.
You can expect to work with tech such as: Java 8, Kotlin, Spring, Angular, Hibernate, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jenkins, Apache, JRebel, MySQL plus more
Some of your responsibilities would include:
*Architecting and implementing new features in Java 8
*Integrating with internal and external systems through web service
*Working with a leading design to create amazing user experiences
*Researching new technologies and deploying the best and latest frameworks
Experience:
*At least 1 year Java development experience
*Good knowledge of Java
*Good knowledge of SQL
*Understanding of web technologies knowledge including CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Ajax and JSP
