Facilities & Maintenance Operative required for my clients commercial office space in Waltham Abbey and Hemel Hempstead. - Start ASAP - Ongoing. Hours are Monday-Friday - 8:30am-5:30pm. Must Drive and have Own car!
3 days in Waltham Abbey and 2 days in HemelHempstead
Various tasks to include the following:
- Take care of the entire Buildings and Outside Areas
- Must liaise with clients on a daily basis with regards to any buildings issues
- Must be able to work unaided
- Report any issues to Centre Manager
- Moving and Lifting Furniture
- Painting and Decorating
- Cleaning inside the building and outside
- Offer support to Manager for any other duties
