This celebrated international human rights charity is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager for permanent appointment at a salary of £51,000 - £53,000. The role will be suited to someone who has experience of and an affinity with human rights campaigning and has broad digital marketing and engagement experience.

Requirements:
*Line management experience is essential. The team are engaged and passionate and due to growth some are fairly new to the charity. The ideal candidate will have managed a similar or smaller team before and will prioritise development and teamwork to create success.
*A breadth of digital experience is vital as you will be supporting a range of specialisms.
*Key for this role is experience of both campaigns and campaigning. Campaigns meaning marketing or engagement campaigns and campaigning meaning working towards change through activities such as lobbying and increasing awareness.
*Demonstrable experience of devising and delivering large scale digital campaigning and engagement strategies
*Digital engagement experience (on both a strategic and practical level)
*Experience working on a campaign (charitable or commercial)
*Candidates may come from a charity or commercial background, but must have an affinity with the drivers of this charity
*Systems knowledge will ideally include Drupal CMS, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Google Analytics and basic HTML
*Internal and external stakeholder management experience is key
*Experience negotiating with and managing external vendors and third parties is desirable but not essential
*SEO knowledge favourable but not essential

Responsibilities:
*Line management of a team of 10 Digital Engagement Professionals including development of the team
*Responsibility for overseeing the delivery of the team's digital campaigns including organic, paid, and website.
*Strategic support and oversight of all digital engagement
*Supervision of editorial quality and accuracy (there is no copywriting in this role but a background in content creation would be beneficial when supporting colleagues)
*Leading the team to produce imaginative, accessible and relevant content across all digital communications
