Fabrication / Welding Trainer / Assessor (Permanent)

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Fabrication / Welding professional to join a team of Trainers and Assessors with full training and qualifications provided!

Our client has an opening to join their growing team and become a trainer/ assessor in their Fabrication/ Welding department. This will provide you with the opportunity to learn new skills, part your current knowledge with like minded delegates and work with some of the most elite in the industry.

The role will involve delivering, assessing and supporting learners through their fabrication/ welding courses up to and including level 3, developing the curriculum and material used to teach this course as well as keeping up to date with current affairs and legislation in the industry.

To be successful in this role you must have a minimum of three years experience in the industry and be able to part knowledge and experiences in the teaching. You will be time served and hold a minimum or level 3 apprenticeship in this field and have a sound working knowledge of the industry. It would be beneficial to have experience on plant and process control systems or hold an assessor qualification but this is not essential.

In return, this role offers lots of room for expansion and growth in the role, a competitive salary between £29,000-£31,000 and continuous development for the individual.
