My client, an International organisation, are currently seeking a Marketing Manager within it's healthcare division. The successful candidate will be helping to develop and implement service enhancements and marketing campaigns in the healthcare field, both within the UK and across targeted countries within Europe.

Although not essential, a European language speaker such as French would be useful.

Role will be based in Droitwich, with the expectation of frequent both National and International (European) travel

Role responsibilities:

Develop and implement a marketing strategy for healthcare division within the UK:

  • Create awareness of and develop the brand within healthcare.
  • communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
  • work closely with external agencies to design marketing materials
  • write and proofread marketing copies for both online and print campaigns
  • monitor and manage social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement
  • organise and attend events such as conferences, seminars, and exhibitions
  • arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials
  • maintain and update customer databases
  • conduct market research and focus groups
  • track marketing performance and return on investment
  • prepare weekly or monthly performance reports
  • monitor and report on competitor activity
  • oversee and manage the marketing budget
  • Develop new service offerings to complement the existing proposition and launch into UK and some European markets:
  • work with the defined country teams to understand & map the existing diabetes service offers
  • work on the associated value chain and develop the right service offer according to countries and group strategy
  • support for digital strategy implementation
  • develop relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external

Additional information

  • Responsible for management of marketing budget and for delivery of sales targets
  • Responsible for the profitability analysis for new offers to launch in targeted countries
  • Role will be based in Droitwich, with the expectation of frequent both National and International (European) travel
  • Ability to speak French to a professional level would be desirable
