About The role;
My client are a niche firm of Solicitors, committed to providing first-rate legal services.
They are now looking to to recruit an ambitious, highly experienced, Residential Property Solicitor to handle a case load of Residential property transactions.
A knowledge of wills and probate would be an advantage.
Job Description
- A qualified Solicitor, with at least 3 years' post qualification experience
- Competent in running a conveyancing caseload from inception through to completion with minimal supervision
- Responsible for managing your own mixed caseload of conveyancing transactions to include sale and purchase of freehold/leasehold, plus some re-mortgages and transfer of equity as well as acting for lenders.
- Providing cost estimates to new clients
- Liaison with clients, estate agents, commercial agents, mortgage lenders and Solicitors
To be considered for the role, you must be a qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with at least 3 years' experience

Hours:
