Adoption Social Worker
£35,000 - £40,000 per annum
NonStop's client, an adoption and post adoption agency in the London area, is looking for a Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis. They have an Outstanding Ofsted report, so you will be working within an environment that is focused on delivering a high level of quality.
This is an office based post. In this role, you will be placing children who are 3 years of age or older. You will also deliver a post placement support package. Also, you will be working within a multi-disciplinary team in order to ensure a holistic assessment and post placement program that addresses developmental trauma and the challenges that parents face.
The ideal candidate will be someone:
- who has three years post qualifying experience as a social worker with some experience in the field of adoption
- who is parent-positive and child friendly
- who wishes to develop their therapeutic skills in working with parents and families
- who would enjoy working as part of an integrated team.
