Clayton Nursing is currently looking to recruit an experienced Night Manager RMN/RGN for our clients medium sized Nursing Home based in Leyland.
The role is full time with a generous salary of £17.50 per hour and the role comes with a range of benefits including extensive training and career development opportunities.
As the Newly Appointed Night Manager you will:
Support the manager and other senior team members in all aspects of the home's management and service provision.
Work within CQC guidelines ensuring that all relevant legislation, the organisations Policies and Procedures and Codes of Practice are adhered to.
Assess, plan and deliver an outstanding level of resident care
Lead a team of clinical staff
Assuming full responsibility of the night staff
To be considered for the role you will:
Have experience of leading and working within a team
Have a Current and valid NMC Pin
*Have a clear DBS
*Be committed to the highest standards of care
*Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
