I've got a role available for Embedded Software and FPGA Engineer to join well-established and successful engineering team based in Nottingham. The company is a global success and has a ethos of delivering best in class products. They are looking for an additional engineer to join there team, could that be you?
Key Responsibilities
Altera Soc based and general board bring up
Development of FPGA IP using VHDL
Development of Embedded C software
Support of existing products
Provide detailed software documentation
Requirements
Strong VHDL IP development and verification
Strong embedded C or C++ development
Strong debugging of hardware/software systems
Experience of Altera SoC board bring up would be advantageous
Familiar with ARM processors
Educational
2 years' experience with FPGA and/or Embedded C development
Degree qualified or equivalent in a relevant subject
Altera Quartus software including Qsys
Mentor Modelsim verification/ test benching
Development using the GCC tool chain
