Qualified Social Worker - Child Protection - Up to £38,354 per annum + RR
Nonstop Care has partnered with a Local Authority in South London to provide social workers for its child protection team. They recently received a good OFSTED rating with outstanding leadership, and are looking to support and develop their social work teams. This permanent position is a fantastic opportunity for any social workers looking to join an authority with strong leadership and clear lines of support.
The right candidate can expect:
- Up to £38,354 per annum.
- Plus a £1000 Golden Hello
- And a £1,500 annual retention supplement.
- Low caseloads
- Social Workers and team managers have easy and regular access to the leadership team
- To work in a small cluster team of 5 social workers, lead by a team manager who is on hand to give support
- Dedicated time for reflective supervision
The right candidate must have:
- 4 years post qualified social worker experience
- Child Protection experience
- Court Work experience
- A current Enhanced DBS and registration with the HCPC.
- ASYE completed
