I am currently working on a brand new position with a leading chemical company who have been in the industry for the last 100 years. With just over 1000 employees, my client is now looking for additional force and is in need of a Strategic Purchaser, a brand new position within the Supply Chain department. Due to exceptional growth, my client prefers to bring on board a natural and motivated leader who will develop the procurement department to success.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing the procurement department
- Sourcing for new suppliers
- Process Improvement
To be successful candidate must have:
- 5+ years Procurement experience
- Experience working in the chemical sector
- Strategic Sourcing of Raw Materials
- Fluent in German & English
