Customer Service Representative - French/ German/English
One of our clients, world's leading chemical manufacturer is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative in West Germany.
Our client offers you an exposure to international network and great career opportunities. Very complex and innovative products on the other hand will allow you to enlarge your knowledge within the field.
Your tasks
* Central point of contact for all incoming inquiries from customers ( or potential customers )
* Complete order processing cycle : from order status to customs correspondence, including returns, credit notes and billing
* Setting forecast numbers of customers
* Building and maintaining good relationships with customers
* Taking into account the needs of each client individually
* Application and implementation of procedures and metrics to increase the quality and efficiency of customer service
Your requirement profile
* Successfully completed commercial education or a business administration degree
* 2-5 years of relevant work experience
* Experience in dealing with customers, preferably in the B2B business
* Strong service orientation
* Very good knowledge of German , English and French (other foreign languages are an advantage )
* Familiarity with MS Office, SAP Business One, SAP R3, or any other enterprise resource planning program
* Driving license class 3
