Graduate / Junior Java Developer (Permanent)

Headcount is currently sitting at 20 in development - they have a over 10 Developers with 10 years plus experience and have developed a structured training program for Graduates to flourish in their organisation.

The owners of the company have a history in building successful software teams, and they've already assembled a team of strong developers with expertise in multiple facets - so if you want to add a new string to your bow, there will be someone you can learn from.

The developers here really understand why they are building things - so you'll gain a lot of commercial acumen here and benefit from seeing how software development translates in business success.

You'll be working in a lean/agile framework and will be working with some cutting edge tools and technologies including Java 8, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, React and lots of other technologies in order to build powerful applications.

You should have:
*Degree in Computer Science of related subject
*Passionate about development
*Some experience of Java programming, commercial or in your own time
