International Field Service Engineer - Lab Diagnostics - PCR (Permanent)

An innovative medical diagnostics manufacturer is currently undergoing expansion on a global scale and is looking for Field Service Engineer in the UK, open to travel and supporting customers Europe wide.

This is an excellent time to be joining this company who are at the forefront of success within the diagnostic area, specialising in high tech qPCR and NGS devices. You will have a chance to specialise and gain skills in a niche field with a global market leader company.

There you will be responsible for supporting customers both on and off site and will have the opportunity to work with multiple modalities on a weekly basis. This company takes pride in developing their staff and can offer you a sold career path within the team, potential to progress towards managerial level roles.

What is more, the company is happy to train someone, so people with 1-2 years of experience in similar role are welcome to apply.

Key Requirements for this Field Service Engineer position include:

* At least 1-3 years of technical experience within a similar function ie. field service engineer, application scientist in biomedical field

* Experience with maintenance with PCR and next generation sequencing equipment (ideal, not a mist)

* Strong ability to troubleshoot complex issues with complex medical technology

* Bachelor's degree or comparable professional expertise in electronics or mechanics

* Fluent in English
