A great opportunity for a Child Care Assistant Manager has arisen in the Garstang area.
This a great opportunity to join a Child Care residential home as an Assistant Manager with room to grow and develop to Registered Manager in the near future.

Your duties will include the management and supervision of senior RCOs in their duties assisting them where necessary and ensuring that the young people are cared for by following and implementing policies and procedures in the home. You will be heavily involved in the Personal Development of the staff within the home and will be encouraged to develop in your own career throughout the growing company.
Level 3 is essential for this role and Level 5 is preferred (but not essential) This role offers pay of £13 per hour and flexible working hours.
