Insurance Consultant (Permanent)

The role

Insurance Consultant -

• Administer all inbound calls from various employees and prepare all product quotes for all required customers.
• Maintain knowledge on all complex policies and coverage details for same and assist customers to complete all applications and forms and all required documents.
• Monitor all policies and assist to make all required changes to same and ensure achievement of all sales objectives.
• Provide required assistance to all inbound calls and resolve all customer queries for product coverage and policies.
• Prepare and present quotes for various customers regarding products and administer all general liability claims.
• Develop all documents for policy and contract files within all department procedures.
• Assist to resolve all insurance claims within required time frame and corporate compliance requirements.
• Maintain and update integrated system technologies for all billing process.
• Ensure adherence to all customer service standards and ensure implementation of safety practices.
• Full training will be given including an opportunity to study for professional qualifications.

The Candidate

• Ideally background in either insurance or sales, banking or finance
• Confident with clients on a face to face basis as well as over the phone
• Quickly build and maintain excellent business relationships
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and an enthusiastic sales ability
