We are currently looking for people to join us in our London office located in the heart of the business district Canary Wharf and become a part of our success story.

As a new Trainee, you will be provided with our award-winning initial training that will teach you everything you need to succeed in the world of recruitment. Even with no previous experience a lot of us have become an expert in their market and have become a vital part of the company within a short time.

Once your initial training s completed you will be taking over your portfolio of clients and candidates and work with them independently. Although there will be an extensive initial training period you will receive further coaching and training continuously throughout your career. You will also be responsible for attracting new candidates and clients by advertising, social media networking, headhunting, and market research.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you can expect to earn around £40.000+ in your first year and go up to £140.000+ per annum in the following years. You will earn most of that through being successful and earning commission. For our Trainee Consultants, we offer a basic salary of £20.000 and any additional commission you make.
