Campaign Decision - Support Lead (Contract)

Role description

Morson International are seeking an experienced decision-support consultant to act as Campaign Decision-Support Lead for one of our campaign teams over an 18-month period from September 2019.

What we're looking for in you:

The suitable candidate will work directly for the campaign lead to support the shaping and design of the bid solution. The role requires a dynamic and proactive individual who can bring fresh ideas and drive the campaign forward with pace, as well as ensuring that appropriate evidence is sought to support robust decision-making. Strong team working skills are a must; you will work closely alongside our internal team to ensure that effective decision support solutions are developed and delivered.

We welcome applications from candidates with the following:

• Experience of working on large campaigns, ideally in the defence sector
• An understanding of the Business Winning cycle, including techniques such as Black Hat reviews
• An understanding of how analysis can be used to support decision-making in this context

Regardless of specialism, we expect our associates to have a proven track record in senior stakeholder engagement, being confident to work directly with clients and other stakeholders. You must have good communication and interpersonal skills towards clients and the internal project team, and need to have the ability to effectively prioritise and demonstrate good time management.
