Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 per annum

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an ECommerce Marketing Manager to join their dynamic, fast paced team. Taking complete ownership for the company website and brands, you will work across a multitude of marketing channels, managing a mix of traditional and digital campaigns to deliver profitable sales.

This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative digital marketing professional to showcase their skills, ensuring our clients market place accounts stay at the forefront of ECommerce best practices.

Job responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of both the online and offline acquisition and retention strategies.
• Management of the full mix of marketing channels and campaigns across all devices to deliver the required sales and profit growth for the business.
• Ensure all online and offline activity and content reflect the brand positioning and proposition.
• Ownership and allocation of a marketing budget.
• Analyse and optimise all elements of the customer journey to maximise profitable sales.
• Ensure the website and marketplace accounts remain at the forefront of Ecommerce best practices to support sustainable and profitable sales growth.
• Management, recruitment and training of all staff within the team including performance management, attendance, and productivity.
• Ensure all sales and marketing feeds are optimised and reviewed regularly to ensure continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the business Directors to continually develop and define the customer offering, the acquisition strategy and maximise all growth opportunities
• Work closely with external PR companies

The requirements for this role include:

• Experience within a similar position is essential, within the fast fashion industry
• Experience in driving sales through various campaigns
• Confident leader
• Confident communicator
• Demonstrates excellent IT skills, especially in Excel
• A keen interest in the world of fashion
