I am recruiting for an office administrator to join a prestigious, financial services brand, located in Marlborough. They are looking for someone to start early November, paying £21,000 (pro rata). This is a fixed term contract for 6 months (although this maybe extended to 12 months), offering full training. working Monday to Friday - office hours.

Working as an office administrator in this modern and professional company based in Marlborough, you will be assisting with the day to day administration on behalf of the administration team and senior colleagues. You will hold a key role within the business and will be responsible for completing tasks that ensure a smooth and professional operation.

Responsibilities;
*Communicating with internal financial advisers and clients
*Writing client reports/reviews
*Liaising with colleagues regarding administration of client accounts.
*Ensuring client details and reviews are recorded correctly on systems
*General record keeping, administration and electronic filing

Skills, experience and attributes:
*Minimum 2 years office based administration experience
*Clear and confident communication skills both verbally and written form
*Intermediate knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Outlook preferred
*Good organisational skills
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
*Ability to meet deadlines/work within restricted time-scales
*Flexible and reliable team member
*Collaborative and inclusive approach to work
*Able to demonstrate some core values of genuine, expertise and ambition
