production administrator (Permanent)

I am currently recruiting for a full time production administrator, this is a permanent role and you will be required to work:
The hours you will be required to work will be Mon - Thurs 8:30 - 4:30pm, Fri 8:30 - 4pm, The salary is paying up to 21k depending on experience.

Your main job responsibilities are to perform all tasks required in the production admin process, Your day to day job will include;
*liaising closely with customer care to keep up to date with order status
*printing, preparation and sorting of production orders prior to release to Production
*dealing with remedial actions for production issues (e.g, late material)
*assisting, checking and/or correcting production bookings
*ordering and receipt of production consumables
*monitoring/re-order of office/factory stationery
*dealing with invoice queries
*preparation and distribution of Export packing lists
*archiving
*assist when necessary with SHEQ admin
*expediting urgent orders
*preparation and assistance with stocktaking
Skill and experience;
*familiar with SAP
*Microsoft office skills
*experience of production environment (desirable, but not essential)
*good interpersonal skills
