Pre Action Disclosure Fee Earner (Permanent)

A great law firm that specialise in Personal Injury and Complex Claims based in Merseyside are currently expanding!

They are currently looking for a Pre-Action Disclosure Fee Earner to join their team! On a day to day basis you will be responsible for but not limited to, drafting witness statements and bundles, instructing counsel/experts and dealing with Pre-Action Disclosure applications (PAD). You will also either assist or run a caseload of Pre-Litigated files depending on your previous experience.

The ideal candidate for this position must have a minimum of 1 year's experience of dealing with Pre-Action Disclosure applications and have Litigation experience as this is a Litigated role within the Pre-Litigation.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work at a Law firm that are based in Liverpool City Centre and has great transport links close by.

The salary for this role is highly competitive and ranges from £20,000-£35,000 depending on the experience of the individual.
