Inbound Customer Service Advisor

North Shields - Cobalt Business Park

£17,500 - £18,900

Full-time 35 hours per week

Flexibility required to work hours between:

• 8.00am - 8pm, Monday to Thursday
• 8.00am - 7pm Friday
• 9.00-5.00pm Saturdays
• 10.00-4.00pm Sundays
• Shift patterns are based on 4 weekly rotation

Typical shift patterns tend to be

• 8am - 4pm - Monday to Friday
• 9am - 5pm - Monday to Friday
• 12pm - 8pm - Monday to Friday

3 weekdays 9am - 5pm (Saturday 9am - 5pm Sunday 10am - 4pm

Do you enjoy speaking with customers and offering excellent customer service? We are currently working alongside a long established financial organisation who are keen to grow their customer service team.

Main duties:

Handle incoming calls from customers to provide support with their account

Identify any potential issues or queries before they escalate to a complaint

Process changes to existing accounts, for instance change of personal details

Record customer information accurately, including details of calls

Experience:

Must have excellent customer service skills, face to face or over the telephone

Be confident working in a fast paces, challenging environment

Willingness to learn. progress and help colleagues
