I am currently working with a national house builder who are looking to recruit a Site Manager on a permanent basis, to work on new developments across Teesside & the North East. Working out of their Teesside office, you will be a pivotal part of the production team taking projects out of the ground, through to completion and meeting all CML's. You will be working alongside an Assistant Site Manager and will be reporting into one of the Contracts Managers whilst benefiting from a generous remuneration package.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for site & plot take offs
- Managing sub contractors
- Managing the site programme
- Progress reports & site walk-arounds with the Contracts Manager
- Site Inductions
- Health & Safety
You must have
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- CSCS
- Valid UK Driving License
- Experience managing Residential Developments as a number 1
