- Sales support for a Technology vendor or IT Hardware re-seller
- Working with account managers, customers and vendors
- Supporting account managers and pre sales professionals
- Managing and processing orders
- Providing quotations
- Being the point of contact for clients and customers
- Building relationships
- Up selling and cross selling opportunities to maximise sales opportunities
- Creating reports
- Maintaining product knowledge
