Clayton Nursing is proud to assist in the recruitment of a Deputy Manager for our clients small to medium sized purpose-built Nursing Home based in Cheshire.
We are looking to recruit a confident and experienced Deputy Manager RGN or RMN to work 37.5 hrs per week including 22.5 Supernumerary hours and 15 hours on the floor over 5 days.
As the Deputy Manger RGN/RMN you will:
Be required to provide clinical management experience along with a caring and professional ethos. You should have a solid understanding of CQC requirements, a good clinical background in general nursing care, and a current up to date NMC pin.
You will be responsible for administering prescribed medicines in accordance with company's and NMC guidelines, assessing all aspects of each Resident's care needs, whilst maintaining accurate records and ensuring that each Resident has an individualised Care Plan.
