LVI Legal Advisor (Permanent)
A fantastic firm based in Merseyside are currently recruiting for a Legal Advisor to join their expanding team!
The main responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to: Dealing with both Litigated and Pre Litigated Personal Injury claims which involve both Fraud and Low Velocity Impact claims. You will also deal with any other technical files including RTA, progress claims correctly inline with the CPR and updating with clients on a regular basis.
To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience of dealing with claims that have included allegations of fraud or LVI. You will also have a great working knowledge of the CPR and relevant case laws.
