Are you an experienced and skilled Presentations Operator/Specialist or Desktop Publisher? Do you have advanced knowledge and experience in using PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Photoshop and Intermediate Adobe Illustrator If so, read on!
My client is looking for an experienced Presentations Specialist to join their team in one of their offices in the city! Working days, Monday - Friday - working shifts: 9pm - 5am, 10pm - 6am OR 11pm - 7am. £21 per hour before midnight - £26 per hour after midnight.

Duties:
* Deliver high quality corporate information in the form of pitch books and other predominantly PowerPoint based presentations
* Follow strict brand guidelines and styles
* Create engaging PowerPoint slides, including often complex charts, graphs and diagrams created in Excel
* Create high quality presentation materials, including graphics work such as custom covers, logos and complex maps
* Take responsibility for consistency, accuracy and quality, ensuring checks such as for spelling errors and consecutive numbering of pages
* Adhere to client SLA's and deadlines, often working to last-minute requests
* Provide regular updates to Team Leaders and Workflow Coordinators as required
* Work with the team to ensure that a first-class service is being provided to their client, adopting the policy of getting it the right first time and every time
* Ensure they have an excellent relationship in regards to the service to their clients and service partners
* Follow departmental policies and procedures as outlined to you
* Carry out any ad hoc work required as requested by management
Requirements:
* Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills (essential)
* Intermediate Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (desirable)
* Previous experience with Presentations work or Desktop Publishing (DTP)
* Strong command of written English
* Critical eye for accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
