Marketing Administrator (Permanent)

We are currently recruiting for a marketing administrator to join a rapidly growing FMCG company with a fantastic globally recognised brand. This company are a market leader in their field!

You will be proving administrative support to the marketing and sponsorship team. This is opportunity to expand in the role as the company evolves but also to progress within different areas of the business

You will be working in a vibrant, open plan office in an office of just under 50. There are some fantastic benefits on offer, including team days out, paid lunches, sports massages and ice-cream van days!

Your Responsibilities:
* Act as main point of contact for any enquiries regarding sponsorship or marketing campaigns
* All administration around sponsors
* Build rapport with external sponsors and internal stakeholders within the business
* Send product examples out to sponsors and potential new sponsors
* Support growing the number of sponsors as and when needed
* Administration support as and when needed

Your Skills/ Experience
* Have an interest in social media/ sponsorship/ marketing
* Work experience in a similar environment
* Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to network effectively.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* The ability to solve problems and made decisions and offer solutions
* Hands on approach with the ability to keep pace with the business growth
* Strong IT skills and quick to learn new systems, with knowledge of the key social media platforms
* Be polite and confident, always caring about customer experience
