Registered Fostering Manager - Good Ofsted / Leading IFA (Permanent)
My Client is a Family owned Independent Fostering Agency with unique Therapeutic approach dedicated to make a real difference to children and young people's lives.
Judged Good with Outstanding features in their last inspection, they are currently looking for an experienced Registered Fostering, who can lead them in their vision to achieve Outstanding in all aspects
The Role will cover Preston and Wolverhampton areas, and Successful candidates have the option to be based in either depending on their location. It's a permanent / Full time role.
Successful candidates will benefit from working in a genuine child focused environment, and be entitled to the amazing benefits offered with the position.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Leading your team through inspections and have the commitment to achieve positive outcomes,
- Leading the development and promotion of services
- Contributing to the overall business strategy of the service.
Due to the nature of this role, you must be able to work across geographical locations as required and will hold a valid full driving licence.
Skills and experience
- HCPC Registered
- Degree in Social work or equivalent
- Strong Knowledge of the Fostering Regulations and National Minimum Standards
- Level 5 Management qualification or commitment to undertake one
