Collections Advisor (Wrexham) (Permanent)

Job Title: Collections Advisor
Salary: £18,000 to £20,000 per annum

Exciting opportunities have become available with our client, a leading waste management company, who are looking for 3 collection advisors to join their growing Wrexham team! You will be joining a fun dynamic team in a company that is well established in their industry, giving you stability and a great work atmosphere!

Responsibilities Include:

* Manage a caseload of debtors and work to maximise collections
* Make contact with customers over the phone to discuss their outstanding debts
* Carry out a full consultation to assess their financial situation and consider resolutions
* Use patience understanding and empathy to provide good service to the customer
* Maintain accurate customer records and documentation


Essential Experience Required:

* Have debt collection / debt management experience.
* Making outbound sales calls.
* Strong negotiation skills.
* Booking appointments
* Responsibly handling difficult calls and vulnerable customers

Desirable Experience:

* Setting up payment plans
* Assessing income and expenditures
