Are you a Senior Java developer in a role that does not accommodate the progression you desire?

Do you have over 8 years of Java Software Development experience?

The Role:

You will utilise your Java developer experience to build a project from scratch.
You will take the reins on the project while communicating effectively with the CTO and the India based developers.
Once the project is completed (expected 6 months with the right developer), you will be offered a promotion to Head of Engineering.
As Head of Engineering, you will lead the growing Java based Software Engineering team and exercise your previous team lead skills to help drive the company into future success.

To be successful you need:

-At least 8 years as a Senior Java Developer
-A driven and motivating attitude in your career progression.
-To be looking for a long-term position in one company
-Have team lead experience
-Have proven excellent communication skills.


The starting salary is £85,000 with possibility for a pay rise after successful promotion.
